Deliveries
Most of our products are standard 5-7 working days delivery. If the order contains non standard items or non stock items, they will have to be made to order so please allow up to 10 extra days for delivery.
 
FREE delivery when you spend £800 or more – on all orders, unless items in the order are classed as ‘Bulky’ or contains custom made products in which case your prices may be ex-factory, and the shipping charge will be charged at cost.

Our shipment weights are calculated by dimensions weight.
Dimensional Weight formula: [Length x Width x Height / 5000]

Our standard deliveries are made by Fastway Courier Services, larger orders will be delivered by our shipping partners. All goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Delivery Policy
If there is any problem with your order or delivery, our customer care representatives are here to help from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you’d like to speak to them directly, please call: 01691 659226 or email: infouk@jfcagri.comTo help us assist you quickly, please quote your order reference number from your order confirmation.

Delivery Time
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 – 7 days (Mon-Fri) Please allow 3-5 extra days for non-standard deliveries. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Delivery dates are estimated and we are unable to accept any liability for delays which may be outside our control.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Accepting Delivery
  • We currently ship orders to the address that we have on file for your store, we can offer a dropship service in which case you will be charge an additional fee. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Please check your delivery carefully when you receive it and contact us within 48 hours to tell us of any breakages or shortages.
  • Risk and Title- The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
Delivery Restrictions
If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and further delivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery, we may end the contract with you. We will refund any money you have paid for the items we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract with us.
